Registration Process

You can secure your costume by registering online and contacting us via email or telephone to receive online banking details or to schedule an appointment to make your payment in person. Please note that registration is closed on February 15, 2025.

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of your total order can be made within 3 days of registering. Alternatively, you may choose to pay in full. After making the 40% deposit, the remaining balance can be split into 2 installments. Please note that the final payment deadline is March 15, 2025

For your measurements, we recommend scheduling an appointment with us so we can take your precise measurements. Our goal is to ensure your costume fits you perfectly! Please note that exchanges, transfers, or changes to section, style, sizing, or measurements will not be facilitated after the registration form has been submitted and measurements has been taken.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation, conduct, and responsibilities of all members, designers, and other associated parties involved with the Sensational Troupe ("Troupe"). By participating in any Troupe activities, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be a minimum of 18 years or older to join Sensational Troupe.
• Participants must complete a registration form and submit any required documentation (e.g.,Full name, DOB, Email, Contact Number).
• Participants must maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward fellow members, designers, and the public.

2. Fees

• All participants are required to pay in full for their by costume March 15, 2025.
• The fee covers costs for costumes, drinks, goodie bags, refreshments etc.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer, or cash.
• Fees are non-refundable.

3. Costume Design and Fitting

• Participants will be provided with costumes designed by the appointed designer(s).
• Participants must attend scheduled fittings and alterations. Failure to attend may result in delays or unsatisfactory costume fit.
• Any costume damage due to negligence may result in additional charges.

4. Media and Promotion

• By participating in the Troupe, you consent to the use of your image, video, or likeness in promotional materials, social media, and other media platforms related to the Troupe

5. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sint Maarten.

6. Amendments

• The Troupe reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will signify acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Acknowledgment

By participating in the Troupe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
